I added the web update feature to my installs and this works great. Is it
possible to customize the name that appears when a firewall asks if you want
to allow access?

For example:

I am using Kerio personal firewall and when I test my webudate install,
Kerio ask me if I want to allow SB5 WEB UPDATE CLIENT to access the
internet. While I know what this is, my end users may not

Is it possible to customize this to have the name of my app?

i think if you create your own webupdate client yiou can change all
that.....

Eric,

I think the firewall uses the Version Resource description. Change that
description and compile your own wupdate.exe.
