Enable FTP

When I click to distribute via FTP, error states I must enable FTP. I have
the address/password set under FTP option, but is there some place else to
enable.

Did you set Release Distribution to "FTP Upload"?

General Information -> Release Distribution -> Select "FTP Upload".

And please make sure you have compiled your project.
