Test installing my install I get this error. It occurs on only one machine
here and I have never had it pop up before. The machine is running Win XP
Pro - some setting I am missing.

Hello,

My thoughts ...

1. Try it again signed on as Administrator to that box.
2. Check is diskspace
3. Check to make sure the executable is not damaged.
4. Clean up the Windows Temp directory and reboot and try again.

Hi Robert,

Followed your suggestions, still no luck. I see a Windows reinstall
happening.

QueryWizard DLL from Clarion Tools is the file the setupbuilder is looking
for... or is having a problem with...

Hi Ben,

The file name changes. I tried an install from the previous month and it
reported a gif file. It has to be something in Windows on this one machine.
When I have time I think I will reinstall Windows. I ran virus checks. It
is only on this one machine, I tested the install on 3 other machines at
office and a download/install on my laptop - no problems. Also, about 30
clients have downloaded and installed with no problems.

So I think the only option left is to reinstall Windows.

Don,

IMO, a virus scanner (or spyware protection system) causes this.

BTW, is this with 5.6 build 1627?

1627 - but it happens on previous installs which I still had. It is not
SetupBuilder in that it is just this one machine. Think I will remove the
virus scanner and if that doesn't work will format/reinstall windows.
