Hi Friedrich
I'd like to add an item to the Accessories | Help menu of the Clarion IDE
where all the 3rd party docs seem to go. Can I do this from within
Setupbuilder ?
Thanks for your help :)

The biggest problem with this Dave is there is a limit to the number of
items that can be added to the Clarion menu. If Capesoft has already used
up all of the slots then you'll have to deal with the 'rejection'.

Hi Dave

A good alternative is to get your users to install my SimFileLauncher
program.

Then all you have to do is add a small text file to the SimFileLauncher
folder under your Clarion folder, and the SimFileLauncher automagically adds
this to its database.

Examples of text files (in .png format are attached)

SimFileLauncher is added to the IDE menu and it is all one needs. Users can
also add whatever files they need to the SimFileLauncher database, or do a
disk search and run the program from the list of matching files found, or
add it with a click to the database for later use.

There is a 30 day trial period for users who wish to test SimFileLauncher.
On a personal note, I have it added to my taskbar on bootup and use to from
there without ever having to use the Clarion IDE for help files. I use Carl
Barnes' Source Search on a daily basis and that is also launched from my
taskbar.

I recommend that you take a look at it <g> Please contact me if you need
further information.
