Hello,

I had a message from a new user that Windows reported a fail when the
setup program had finished installing my application EasyNN.exe

Apart from no shortcut icon being created the installation went OK.

The user created a shortcut icon for my application and everything is
now working as expected.

I don't understand this failure because the setup does not run my
program when it is installed.

The OS is Vista.

The failure text was:-

EasyNN.exe has stopped working.

Check on line for solution and close program

Close program

Any ideas?

Hi Steve,

It's nearly impossible to tell you what went wrong. But if the Shortcut is
not there, then "something" happened.

I don't know which SetupBuilder version you are on. But it's very very very
very important to always use the latest SetupBuilder build. We make changes
to SetupBuilder every day to support the latest Windows releases.

This is the current version history:

Does this help?
