SetupBuilder 6.9 -- Build 2560 **CODE-FREEZE RC** (April 08, 2009)
----------------------------------------------------------------------------

FIX : (sync from SB7) Installer: When uninstalling a multiple-version
installation (initial install and updates make use of the same
uninstall .exe/.log), the uninstall application switched into
Win64 mode on Windows 64-bit machines even for pure 32-bit
uninstalls. As a result, the uninstall did not remove 32-bit
specific registry keys and/or files.

CHANGE : (sync from SB7) Installer: Runtime modifications to provide
compatibility with the latest Clarion 7 template registration
and unregistration process.

> SetupBuilder 6.9 Build 2560 "Code-Freeze" Release Candidate is available!

Clarification: This does NOT mean that no further work will take place on
SB6.

In fact, "SetupBuilder 6" development work already stopped in October 2008
(six months ago)! All the latest SB6 modifications (fixes and improvements)
were "synced" from SB7 development (both SB6 and SB7 share the same source
code tree). SB6 has reached "code-freeze" status now and only bug fixes
will be "synced" from SB7 to SB6. Another SB6 bug-fix release is planned
for next week -- there will also be a new SB7 beta next week (and a SB7
release announcement).

Your "Maintenance and Support Subscription" is not bound on a specific
SetupBuilder version. So you don't have to buy an "upgrade" to get access
to SetupBuilder 7. Our Maintenance and Support Subscription Plan ensures
that you will always have the latest version of your licensed installation
product without any additional cost during the term of the Plan. You get
every new release, version, and feature enhancement for your licensed
software. Of course, this also includes SetupBuilder 7.

If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask!
