View Full Version : SB Not Registering CodeJock OCX's

I'm using 6.9.2390
CodeJock 12.0.1

I've attached screen shots of the dialogs for the OCX's.
The screenshot is of the CalendarPro ocx, but the settings are the same for
CommandBars, and PropertyGrid OCX's.

They should be registering, but they are not.

Can anyone help me with this?

Thanks,
Don G

Hi Don,

I think you had a similar problem last November.

I looked at this. Doing the same thing again.
Here is what's strange:

I have 3 OCX.s:
Codejock.Calendar.v12.0.1.ocx
Codejock.CommandBars.v12.0.1.ocx
Codejock.PropertyGrid.v12.0.1.ocx

It seems to be registering the last one: Codejock.PropertyGrid.v12.0.1.ocx.
but not the 2 before it. i've checked, rechecked, to make sure the
"Register as OCx...." stuff is right.

I'm still looking.

Thanks,
Don

Hi Friedich,
Once again, it was some of the wrapper settings. Also, I'd forgot to
"re-copy" my apps dlls, exe to the folder SB points to as the source.

It's working now.

Damn 16 hour days.

PS: Made notes this time <g>.

Sorry,
Don

When you install OCX files in Windows 7, they work much like font files auto
registering in the Windows\Fonts directory.

Install your ocx files to windows\system32, and they are auto registered for
you.

Kind regards
