Installing NetTalk Webserver App

I have a NetTalk webserver which, pre Vista, would have a folder structure
like this

Program Files....
|
AppFolder
|-- Web
|-- data

Now I need to install the web and data folders under CSIDL_COMMON_APPDATA.
However, I don't see how to do this. In the SB IDE under Files and Folder
there is the Destination Computer treebox with Application Folder, Program
Files, and Windows. I need CSIDL_COMMON_APPDATA. How would I do this?

From the Always Install, right-click and choose Add CSIDL and the pick
CSIDL_COMMON_APPDATA. Then either drag and drop the folders already created
to this new node, or right-click Add.
