View Full Version : Setupbuilder Web Install

Hi Setupbuilder Gurus,

I created a WebInstaller, tested the installation many times without any
problems.

I emailed my customer to download the EXE to install. He installed but
failed the first 2 times. Main issue was that 'files not available'...
He finally managed to install the third time.

My question: What may be the cause of such prompts?

My question: If I were to send the same installer to 20 customers, is
it possible for all of them to install at the same time?

Thanks.

This can be caused by a firewall issue. His firewall blocked communication
to your server.

Yes, no problem.
