View Full Version : Gen1079 error

Friedrich,

Under sb6 i am getting a bunch of gen1079 errors indicating that a text line
is > 1024 bytes. Actual length of one particular flagged line is 384 bytes.

This worked fine in sb5, just converted the script and compiled it.

The text file is a license file that I am including in the install.

Any ideas? I dont really want to put a lot of line breaks in the text file
as I want it to naturally wordwrap when displayed.

Thanks

Skip,

The SB5 compiler did not detect this problem and resulted in a (possible)
buffer overrun.

The SB6 compiler can detect lines > 1024 bytes. If you are interested,
please send the file and I'll check it.
