Displaying an html page

I am trying simply to display an HTML help page at the start of the
installer run (pls. see pic)

The HTML file *is* being installed in the folder, but the page does not
appear.
'Run' produces an error of 2 (FileNot Found) ***

Have tried the CreateProcess & ShellExecute settings...

Is the setup incorrect?

all the wrangling we had over it, I still think its a valuable addition to
the help!

err... can that - it just started to work!

All I did was start to debug it, and it 'magically' started working...

No, it's not correct. "Open Web Page" does not make sense here because you
are opening a .htm file on the target system (and not on the web).

Uncheck "Open Web Page" and you are done.
