View Full Version : EULA Required Reading

I have just recompiled a SB6 project with SB7. SB6 did not support Require
EULA Reading and when I created the installer I forgot to set that switch in
SB7.

However, it seems that it has been actioned as when I run the install it
does require me to scroll down the EULA. However the checkbox in the project
is NOT checked.

Am I missing something or is this an anomaly?

TIA

As a follow up - have I gone mad <g>?

That Require switch seems to work the wrong way round? Uncheck it and the
requirement is there, check it and the requirement is NOT there.

Any comments please?

TIA

John,

7.0.2639 - that is the version I am using - I believe that is latest public
release. Which version are you using?

Also, on the advanced Tab - what checkboxes are enabled?

Possibly, a certain combination of those checkboxes produce the behavior
you are seeing.

I have all enabled - EXCEPT - Read License Agreement File from Absolute
Path (RTF only) - and my EULA required reading works properly.

(BTW, in an install project you are familiar with :-D - the last couple
beta installs include it - the official install is released, and I'll be
making newsgroup ANN soon - THANKS for your help - I'm including your
comments in the ANN as well).

The attached demo seems to work as expected.
