Where was the last program installed?

Hi Friedrich!

I have allways used a default path for my setups.
Now, its pretty rare that my customers install in the directory i have as
default.
Problem is, that next time they often are unab´le to remember where they
installed last time.

It must be possible to save both %SB_INSTALLDIR% and %DATAFOLDER% to
registry, and check them and set the values if there are a registry setting.

Do you have an example script that shows 'How to'?

Hi Edvard,

Very easy to handle. You have several options.

You can use the "Detect Previous Version" script function to automatically
detect the (main) installation path of a previously installed application.

You can use "Get Registry Key Value" to read from the Windows registry (e.g.
to read folder locations) and "Edit Registry" to write folders to the
registry.
