Convert File Source Path not for dialogs like readme & licence agreement?

When I use the 'Convert File Source Paths...' option in the Project
menu it does not seen to affect file:// references in dialogs like the
one for Readme and for License Agreement.

Is this correct?

Yes, this is correct. It only updates the "Source Folder" in the "Install
File(s)..." script function.
