View Full Version : Licence file error

Same file I used with Setupbuilder 4. I get an error GEN1079 Text line 5 is
> 1024 bytes: c:\rclsales\churchlic.rrf.

If the carrage return, enter key, defines the end of a line then there are a
lot longer lines before line 5.

Any ideas?

Thanks,
Bob

Bob,

Could you please send me the .rtf so I can check this?

Thanks,
Friedrich

Good Day Friedrich,
The RTF file is attached.

Bob,

The next line (6) is 1,231 bytes. I'll check why it reports line 5.

Just add a CR after "try [ before you buy"] and you are done.

Thanks,
Friedrich

After reading that particular sentence I removed it entirely. When I ran
the test:

Compressing service file:
EasyChurch.sb6 (23): error GEN1017: Compression library error code: -200.
Cannot open and compress file

I did save and close the RTF file after editting.

Bob,

One service file (seems to be in line 23) cannot be compressed. Please send
your script and we'll check this for you.

This line is the problem:

#include billboard file NewBillboard1 =

There is no file defined. Double click that line and select a file.

BTW, in your compiler report, you can also double-click the line that
display an error and the IDE will bring you to the script line that causes
the problem.

Does this help?

That got me past that problem. When it ran all I saw was the welcome window
and nothing more though I had selected files and other options.

I have sent a private message using your sites support form. Please let me
know if this also fails to get to you.
