Did you use Internet Explorer? All WebTrust Compliant Certification
Authorities require Internet Explorer.

But if you have used IE, was there any error code?

Hi Linder,

OK, will try to confirm again tomorrow with IE. I have been using
FireFox and really forgotten about IE.<G>

I've never understood the necessity although I've always complied to
get my certs. Seems there isn't anyway to get around MS's choke hold.
