Hi Friedrich

How can I install a file into %_CSIDL_COMMON_APPDATA%\Intelligent Silicon\My
App at the moment I can only install into %_CSIDL_COMMON_APPDATA% so I cant
specify the subfolders unique to my app?

<G> IMO, it's a very good thing to think aloud on this newsgroup ;-)
Others can learn from it, and for me it's a good way to see what should be
improved (in the documentation, in the SB system itself, etc).

What you have done with the variable works fine, but you can also do this
(see attached screenshots).

One of the things I've started to do because of the millennia old problem
<g> of getting users to "read the manual" is any hot keys associated with a
button, is to put the hot key combination in the tool tip as we can now do
multi line tooltips.

One other thing related to my previous problem/suggestion of the buttons for
script variables is having a button also helps prompt/remind users of
actions that they can call from hot keys.

Only trying to sell you on the idea of slipping those script variable
buttons into those parts I mentioned in SB<vbg>
