File lookup on include scripts

that I got an .sbi for that project.

"Open Core Include Script" always opens the folder for system include
scripts (located under the SetupBuilder folder tree). "Open My Include
Script" always opens the "per-user" Include Script folder (located under the
My Documents folder tree).

I'll change the code in such a way that "Open My Include Script" remembers
the last place that you got an .sbi for that project.
