First of all, this has nothing to do with "UAC Virtualization" in Vista,
Windows 7, etc.!

The Virtualization Driver is responsible for the serial number and
subscription key validation in SetupBuilder. This error is reported if the
underlying license protection system detected that there was a change in the
"ownership" of the license.

Please contact our Sales to discuss this (please also send your serial
number and subscription key).
