Hi Friedrich,
it seems not to be possible to delete lines above section names.
To reproduce, do this:
1.) Create a blank new script.
2.) Line 33 contains the scetion name [ User Interface ]
3.) Double click on the line above, line 32
4.) Insert foobar
5.) Press Enter
6.) You see your comment in line 32 and the line is highlighted.
7.) Press Del
8.) The line isn't anymore highlighted, but is still there. You can't
delete it.
