Question: Search&Replace

Hi Friedrich,

I want to rename all variables, that start with
%_CHECKSYSTEMREQUIREMENTSAIDASERVER_ in such a way, that they start with
%_CHECKSYSREQUAS_ (or something like that)

How can I do this?

There is no "search and replace" in the Script Editor, only search.

BTW, we have a new "Project | Replace All Items..." function (was supposed
to be part of the 7.5 version). This changes all instances of
%_CHECKSYSTEMREQUIREMENTSAIDASERVER_% with %_CHECKSYSREQUAS_% in the script.
I'll see if we can already add this to 7.2. The function is already
code-complete.

Unfortunately, it will definitely not be available in V7.2 or V7.3.

In internal tests it turned out that the function did not work as expected
and often resulted in negative side effects.

No work has been done on a "search & replace" feature for variables (yet).
