Yes. See attached screenshot (from the manual). It's a bug in their
protection software.

BTW, I would suggest to update your installs to 7.x. Then your users see a
more detailed error description.

Does this help?

Hello Friedrich,

sorry, i have to look at manuals ;-)

I have 7.x. IŽll recompile the wucheck.exe. What error message the user will get with 7.x?

I ask some user but they told me that they have no problems with installing
other software... Why they have probs with SB?

Best regards

Kai

That's a question you have to ask the protection software vendor because
it's a bug in their product ;-) It has nothing to do with SetupBuilder at
all!

BTW, with SB7x compiled application, I think you'll see this in your case:

---
"This application has encountered a problem and needs to close. Please
contact the vendor of this product with the error code below for support.

The most likely cause for this error is having too high of a security level
on your PC. Please disable your virus and/or anti-spyware protection as well
as your firewall during this installation.

Error Code#: 0001:000-4 Can't get read access to the application loader.
---

The protection software does not give read access to your app file because
it's busy scanning the thing and completely locks it (no read/write access).
Send the application to the protection software vendor with a short
description.
