I have successfully built a nice installation with webupdate, internet-based
installation and pretty much every cool feature I found.
The setup was tested on three different clean computers, in office and at
home.
When I ask the customer to download, he is fine until just before the Ready
To Install window. Then the setup just stops, Next doesn't do anything. I
recompiled the application and let the user download the entire package, and
the install worked. I assume this is because they do not allow HTTP
downloads or something. Is this something that is possible to turn on and
off somewhere?

Bjarne,

What kind of OS? Please make sure your are using the latest SetupBuilder
6.5 version if your customers have Vista. SetupBuilder 6.5 Build 1876
provides a permanent workaround for a (confirmed) Vista bug.

Perhaps they are using a protection software that does "something" with
WinSock to protect the PC. Try to use web install on a machine without an
Internet connection and you'll receive an error code.

It was Windows 2003 Server.
Regular download performed fine.
What puzzles me, is that the dialog I hide, UsedFiles, also resulted in the
Ready to Install window got hidden. I am trying to confirm that this is not
a SB problem, but that Norman again has messed up my installations because
the setupbuilder project directory was not in the exclude list.
