It would seem useful to have test/run be aware of a failed compilation, or
perhaps optionally delete the target.
What brings this up is a case where I mistakenly changed an image, compiled
and missed the compile error (my bad). Absent some notice from test/run, or
deleting the target, I proceeded testing and had no clue that I actually had
a bad compile. What spooks me about this is I see the possibility of
unwittingly distributing a bad, or undesirable, install because I missed a
compile error.
