I had impression, when sb7 was announced, that lan update will be here by now?

Adding new functionality is a priority-driven processes. If we receive
multiple requests for the same feature then chances are that it might get a
higher development priority. The problem is that, based on the total number
of SetupBuilder users worldwide, there are only very few requests for "LAN
Update" support :-(

But it's definitely on the current research and development list.

thanks friedrich, but keep in mind that these who are actually ask for something
are always minority, the silent majority just keep waiting <g>
