I am just getting started with Setup Builder. I used to use Wise, and it did everything without any custom scripts.

I need my uninstall to remove more files than whats created during the install, plus I need to remove the Desktop and Programs icons. How can I do this with the custom uninstall?

Hello,

The uninstall automatically removes files and shortcuts that were actually installed by the installer.

To have the uninstaller delete items that were not created by the install, you can simply create a Custom Uninstall (File | New... | Uninstall Include Script...) and add this include script to your main install. That's it :) It's similar to an Uninstall.wse Wise include script.

Does this help?
