Not as a general rule, but I want to be able to export script to text file, and edit it, but I see no way to re-import it.

Can one import a text script file?

Hello,

You can't edit the "script" in an external program. You have to do this in the SetupBuilder Script Editor because the IDE handles the referential integrity rules.
