How to add a program to the Help, Accessory list in the C7 IDE

I am not finding any help on how to do this and I know somebody knows
because ProPath, Handy Tools and more are there now.

You have to use an .addin manifest placed to the Accessory/Addins folder:

Program Files\SoftVelocity\Clarion 7\accessory\addins

All menu items that are children of Help/Accessory should be located in
separate .addin files and are specific to the supplier.

IIRC, Lee posted an .addin example some time ago.
