Icon On Control Panel Uninstall

My install has a number of icons associated with the All Programs display of
of shortcuts. They, of course display, properly.

But how do I control which icon is in the Control panel uninstall display?

General Information -> Add/Remove Programs -> Display Icon and Icon No.
