Recovery options for services

Is there anyway, within SB, to set the "Recovery" options for a
service?

First failure:
Second failure:
Subsequent failures:
Reset fail count after: [] days
Restart service after: [] minutes

In SB7 this is not possible. I'll see what I can do here for SB8.
