Redistributable Package Update for VC++ 2005/2008/2010 (April 15, 2011)

All,

We have updated the SetupBuilder Core PreRequisites to support the security
updates for Visual C++ 2005, 2008 and 2010 Redistributable Packages.

Note: to update the VC++ 2010 package, you have to remove it first and then
reinstall it.
