View Full Version : Suggestion for Wizard Dialogs

I was trying to create a wizard dialog with two paragraphs of instructions
followed by a single check box selection. I was using the Check Boxes dialog
type. Unfortunately, the position of the check box appears to be fixed and my
instructions were truncated. My suggestion is to move the check boxes down as
far as they will fit depending on the number of options the developer has
entered. Then allow the Instructions to expand to as tall as they will fit.
Then use the same strategy for the other dialog types.

Hi Peter,

Unfortunately, this is not possible. But one of the next releases will
introduce a Visual Dialog Editor. You can then create your own dialogs.

Hi Jane,

You and Friedrich have taken on the mantel of the Vista gurus in the Clarion
community. Thanks for all your articles and forum/newsgroup posts. Kim
Komando may have to yield the title of Digital Goddess 8-).

That upstart girly-come-lately...LOL...

Thanks. I hope some people have found them useful. Guess I figured if for
some reason I'm dragging myself through this Vista stuff, might as well
share the misery <G>. Friedrich is still the A-one master, though. (Of
Vista, not misery!!)

BTW, every time I see your signature I think of the ski resort... but I see
from your web page that there's obviously more than one Beaver Creek...
