View Full Version : DeCompression Errors

Today I compiled a new install exe and the first time I got a decompression
error on my aspell.exe file.. tried reinstalling, got the same error. So, I
recompiled, reinstalled, no error, everything was fine.
Did a couple of changes to the install, compiled, tried installing, got a
decompression error on a .jpg file. Didn't bother trying to reinstall,
simply recompiled, everything was OK.

Just thought I'd mention it in case anyone else has noticed this. Unusual
for Setupbuilder.

I assume your protection software was a little bit too protective and locked
the decompression process.

A recompile always changes the binary format of the setup.exe and that's why
your protection product let it go through after several recompiles.

Just for the records, this has nothing to do with SetupBuilder.
