Or at least i have not been able to find it in SB7.The program has
become big, and a very valuable tool in my toolbox.

I have automatated the production of setups to a pretty high degree,
and uses the script to do a good amount of internal house keeping,
copying files to network drives etc.

When that is finished, I upload it to ftp.

And then i begin to remember who should have an e-mail telling that
'Something has happened'

What i want is a function, whick can send a mail with a configurable
subject and body to a list of e-mail accounts based upon a condition.

Its not' do it now or...' addition, but i have been thinking of it
quite a while now, and i will use it everyday if present.

Best regards

As long as SB does not suport sending mails, you can use "blat" with the
"#run..." script item.

Edvard,

What Markus suggested.

And you can even write a little helper tool with SetupBuilder (e.g.
emailnow.exe) that makes use of the "Post to HTTP Server..." function to
handle this. You can then send (email) whatever you want using
"formmail.pl" or any other web form delivery script. Just call your small
emailnow.exe utility with the "#run..." directive and enable the "Process
after script compilation" option.

BTW, we are using the above method for years.
