Swapped functionality

Hi Friedrich,

it seems, that in builkd 3378, the functionality of "FUNCTION:Retrieve
Revision Version Number(%VERSTRING%)" and "FUNCTION:Retrieve Build
Version Number(%VERSTRING%)" has swapped.

Could you check this please? Thank you.

I think this is the following fix:

FIX : (sync from SB8) Runtime: The Handle String Operations "Retrieve
Build Version Number" and "Retrieve Revision Version Number"
returned incorrect values.

In SB75, Major.Minor.Build.Revision is handled correctly.

thanks for your answer. My script already depends on the old (wrong)
behavior. So I have to check (and alter) my scripts...
