Friedrich,

I get the above error number when starting SB7. It points to the SB7.lic file in
my roaming folder and it does exist. Its not reported in every startup, just most
of the time.

I'm able to continue working, so its not that fatal <g>. Any suggestions?

Yes, that means your anti-virus product is over-protective (or buggy <g>).
It put a lock on the file and so the IDE can't open it ;-)

My suggestion is to see if they have an updated version available.

I'll add an exception to the list as I've got the most recent version (updates
nightly). I love it when its something I can do - I get my fix faster <g>

Using AVG 2011 (not free). Adding the file did not work, but adding the folder
did. Start up is a lot fast now too.

Side-note: Another of my devs has traced a FM3 problem to Kaspersky. Not that FM3
has anything to do with SB7, just a note that AV products may not be as friendly
as they used to be.
