BTW, in Windows, the ampersand (&) is used to denote the keyboard shortcut for an entry. So you have to use && to display "&" it in dialog entries.

Example:
Welcome Dialog - > Text Resources (Instructions) : " Welcome to the system installer, Spa&Fitness Manager"

Displays:
Welcome to the system installer, SpaFitness Manager"
