Shortcut placement

Is it possible to allow picking where to create shortcuts, i.e. in
what menu section (folder)?

The "Select Program Folder" dialog should do the job.

No. I'm talking about selecting where the shortcuts are created. For
example in my utilties install I have:

Shortcuts | Start Menu | Programs | Icetips Creative | Icetips
Utilities | etc.

How can my users at runtime select this to go into for example:

Shortcuts | Start Menu | Programs | Clarion 3rd Party | Icetips
Creative | Icetips Utilities | etc.

I.e. under a different item in the Start menu?

I think in other installers you simply pick the "menu folder" i.e. the
menu in the Programs, where you want the shortcuts to be created. I.e
it would be a list of folders in the CSIDL_PROGRAMS folder.
