UAC and Regestry

Can anyone give me a tip.

I have to write data into the Regestry. However, I have also read this
again and in fact with ALL users are regestriert on the PC!

Problem is => Windows 7 with limited rights

From your elevated running installer, you can write to "per-machine"
locations. From your non-elevated running application, you can only write
to "per-user" locations.
