Heads-up required...

HI,

I just upgraded to v7.7 (having been several versions behind).
When I now load my existing scripts I'm warned that there is a 'project file
inconsistency', with an offer to (automatically) fix it.

If I click yes, I get popup notifications about various 'General Information
' items (#1100+)...

Can I get a heads-up on what this is, and what repercussion sit may have?
A few notes, or a url with info would be good.

You can disable this option if you want.

Tools | Options... | Mark the "Skip 'Script Structure Validation'"
checkbox.

So I should just click, yes, relax and let the automated process do its
thing.. then happily proceed normally.
