My computer crashed and I establishd a temporary one on an XP machine.
I had the install file then and it was easy. But a backup HD crashed
so I no longer have the install file. (Note to myself - make DVD
backups also!)

I bought a new 64-bit Win7 laptop
I installed VMWare Player and got C6 working fine.
I re-installed Clarions 8
I have SetupBuilder 7.3.3162 plus all my install files working on the
temporary machine. At the moment I can't afford the new SB8 upgrade
althought I want it.

How do I move SB7 from the temporary machine to the new laptop? It
just keeps telling me to re-install after I copied it (I even copied
the SBdata from "Documents and Settings"). I must have missed a file
somewhere. I do have the password and registration etc - just not the
install file.

Regards
Dermot

Hi Dermot,

You can send your serial number to our Sales (sales [at] lindersoft [dot]
com) and we'll upload your original install image. We'll then send a
notification with a link to your setup.exe (link will be valid for 48 hours)
and you can make a fresh reinstall.

Hi Friedrich

I don't know how you do it!

I had a HUGE problem this morning and now it's gone away!

Thank you VERY much - I'm downloading it at the moment. If I have a
problem, I'll write to Andrea.

What a service

Dermot
