HTTP Download: Do not show progress bar

Hi Friedrich,

could you please add the possibility, to not show the http download
progress, even if the progress dialog is open. This means: no second
progress bar, no modification of status text lines.

Reason: I download a 93 Bytes small file (and check the content) in
%TMPDOR% just to check, that I REALLY have a proper internet connection
and the progress with the %TMPDIR% is confusing our customers.

BTW: After the download, the second progress bar does not disappear.
