I'm getting a decompression error #99 on a file installation on XP.

Does anyone know what is causing this issue?

Hello,

I think you have an incomplete (or damaged) setup.exe or your anti-virus/spyware is buggy. To verify this, check the code-signature. If the signature is invalid, you have an incomplete setup.
