Cool script.

In your scenario ($SB_RESTARTFLAG$ in combination with "Exit Installation")
the restart message box was definitely a bug in the SB runtime caused by the
"Exit Installation..." function. The Exit Installation statement should not
execute any further installer code in the application. Fixed now.
