Is it possible to include a compiler variable, for a Generate Silent
Install ?

No. You have to use the /S command line switch at installer runtime or
enable the "Generate Silent Install" option in the General Information
properties.

At runtime, you can check the $SB_SILENTMODEFLAG$ flag (%_SB_INSTALLERFLAG%)
to see if the installer is running in silent mode.
