I was wrong. Our public web servers are scheduled for an upgrade on
Tuesday, September 25, 2007. The downtime will likely occur either early in
the morning (2-4AM, EDT) or around 12PM EDT. Downtime should be no more
than 5 minutes.

Our test web servers (non-public) are scheduled to be upgraded on Tuesday,
September 18, 2007.
