FTP Alternative

Hi Friedrich,

I don't believe there is a way to upload a file using the built in uploader
without running the compiler first?

I tried going to "Build" > "Distribute To FTP Server" and received the
message:
FTP queue empty. You must use the FTP Upload feature and build (compile)
your setup before you can distribute it.

I was having internet problems and the upload kept timing out so each
attempt to upload caused me to have to re-compile.

Could it be possible, that if the install exe exists just launch the FTP
uploader from the settings defined in the project?
