Hi Friedrich,

I did some installations in the meantime and I wonder why the progress bar
is not accurate (ie. the installation is finished but the progress reached
about 70%)?

Thanks in advance

Hi Hanspeter,

The progress bar is accurate (progress is based on the number of all script
items). I think what happens in your case is that the installer can skip
the remaining 30% of the instructions.

By the way, similar to this one.

Progress bar is at 80% but there are still some items to be processed.

Hi Friedrich,

Got it - removing the Loop Wizard loop did the trick. I knew I did something
wrong.... as usual :-)

Hi Friedrich,

Uups, if I remove the Loop Wizard then the finishing dialog won't appear
anymore. Attached image shows the last entries in the script file (and the
progress about 80% instead of 100%).

Do you say that the finish dialog itself counts as an item to install?

Yes, Sir :) You can even add an "Install File" action or whatever after the
Finish dialog. So each and every function counts.

But you can set the progress bar to 100% (or whatever) if you want. See
attached screenshot.

Does this help?
