Localizing into Japanese

I see that Japanese is not one of the included lng files. Is there any way to use SetupBuilder for creating a Japanese installer? I found a post showing how to set strings in the script based on the current language, but that will not help me with dialogs or with all the built-in strings in these lng files.

Unfortunately, Japanese is not a supported language :(
