Hi I have the SB that comes with Clarion 7.5.3378
I have noticed that a lot of the functionality is hobbled.
Is this stock version able to check if .net is installed
Prior to install.
Thanks in advance.
Peter

Yes, absolutely no problem. SetupBuilder Developer Edition can detect .NET
versions and install the framework (if not available). Developer Edition
even supports .NET application deployment (e.g. GAC registration, etc.).

Does this help?

Hi Friedrich,

Maybe I'm misunderstanding, but my impression is Peter is asking if the
'included' version that you can claim with Clarion is able to do the
..net installation check.
From his post

>SB that comes with Clarion 7.5.3378
> Is _this_ stock version able to check if .net is installed

Hi Graham,

Yes, you are right. I misinterpreted the question.

The free SB Clarion Edition can NOT handle the .NET Framework.

Thank you Graham!
